- We accept exchange per customer's request within 14 days of delivery for the same style but different size if other size is available, and returned items must be in sellable condition. Same shipping and handling fee will apply.
- Return in sellable condition is accepted for any item within 14 days of delivery with full refund of the item cost but shipping and handling fee is not refundable.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Triple Lux within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of item cost. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

cashier check or money order. For company or personal check, we will process the
order once the check is cleared from the bank.

- We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and many countries Internationally. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after being received.
- We ship exclusively via USPS (default shipper) and alternatively FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, USPS or FedEx will deliver your order within 3-6 business days. We ship via USPS priority for expedited 1-3 days shipping method within domestic United States or via USPS international priority for expedited 3~6 days shipping method outside United States. You will receive delivery confirmation number or tracking number via email upon shipment is processed.
- By default, signature is not required on delivery via USPS within domestic United States. If you do not believe your address is 100% secured for receiving package, then please request shipping method with signature confirmation via following email address, otherwise we are not responsible for package loss or being stolen upon delivery.
- Please note we ship only on Monday-Friday. If you place your order on Thursday night and request 1-3 days expedited shipping within domestic United States, it will most likely get delivered on Tuesday through Thursday of the following week (depending on your destination). This is because shipping is considered in BUSINESS DAYS, which means only Monday - Friday excluding holidays will your item be shipped. We do not ship any items after 5 PM Pacific Standard Time or on Saturday and Sunday.
- Your order will be processed within the next business day. Once your order has been shipped (usually within 3 business days), you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment. Most orders we ship within the U.S. are eligible for online tracking. If you provided your correct e-mail address upon submitting your order, we will e-mail you a tracking number once your order ships. You may use that number to track your order at the USPS or FedEx web sites
- We are not responsible for any package delays due to miss-addressed or miss-handled boxes by you or the shipping provider not limited to bad weather or natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornado, volcanic eruptions or terrorist activity in your area whether it be UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. We do however, promise to make shipping your package our top priority and will be sure to get your package out as quickly as humanly possible.
- Shipping methods such as expedited 1-3 business days does not mean your package will arrive within 1-3 days of placing your order. Orders made late in the afternoon or evening will begin in processing the following day and will be shipped out within 3 business days from that day and you will receive the package within additional 1-3 days after the date shipped. If you request standard shipping method, you will receive the package within additional 3-7 business days.
- In case the item(s) you ordered are out of stock for some reason, we will immediately inform you via e-mail of such delay and re-schedule shipping date for you or we can work together with other options per your request.
